Houses/Financial Institutions/ Industry &/or Infrastructure Development Corporations/Companies etc for
“Allotment of land altogether msg about 175147.66 sq. mtrs in Industrial Zone of HDC on long
term lease of 30 years without renewal option, on ‘as is where is’ basis(i.e. including Factory
premises and Plant Installation, which are established by Ex-lessees i.e. M/s. Tata Chemicals
Ltd.), on Annual Lease Rent basis, to willing tenderers through tender-cum-auction with First
Rights of Refusal to the ex-lessee”.
