E-Tender under two part system (Part I: Techno-Commercial Bid and Part II: Price Bid) are
invited from Established Industrial Houses either individually or in a Consortium with other Industrial
Houses/Financial Institutions/ Industry &/or Infrastructure Development Corporations, etc for allotment
of KoPT land altogether msg. about 10979 (6054+4925) sq. mtrs. Or 2.71 acres in the Dock Zone
of Haldia Dock Complex at Haldia on “as is where is” basis (including liquid cargo storage tanks
and buildings etc. which are established by Ex-lessee, M/s. IFB Agro Industries Ltd.) for a period
of 30 years without any option of automatic renewal for storage and handling of liquid cargo
other than class ‘A’ & ‘B’ products through Tender-cum-Auction with First Rights of Refusal
to the ex-lessee.

Kolkata Port Trust, www.kolkataporttrust.gov.in and MSTC (www.mstcecommerce.com).
