Enquiry for supply, delivery, installation & commissioning of 4 (four) sets of new 3 Star
rating 1.5 TR Single Split type Hi- Wall Air Conditioner (with Remote), at 2 (two) nos. ‘D’
type quarter of Haldia Dock Complex, Kolkata Port Trust, at Haldia Township, Haldia.

Scope of Work of the contractor includes supply, delivery, installation & commissioning of 4 (four) sets of

new 3 Star rating 1.5 TR Single Split type Hi- Wall Air Conditioner (with Remote), at 2 (two) nos. ‘D’ type
quarter of HDC, KoPT, at Haldia Township, Haldia. The said air conditioners will be under custody of the
contractor till completion of installation & commissioning of the same at the said ‘D’ type quarters of HDC,
KoPT, at Haldia Township, Haldia.
As such, 2 (two) sets of the air conditioner would have to be supplied, installed and commissioned, at the
drawing room area (including dinning space), at the ground floor of our ‘D’ type Bunglow no. 4/ 81 at Haldia
Township. Other 2 (two) sets of the air conditioner would have to be supplied, installed and commissioned,
at the drawing room area (including dinning space), at the ground floor of our ‘D’ type Bunglow no. 6/ 14 at
Haldia Township.
